Biographical Note
Brian Milligan holds the Diploma in Occupational Hygiene and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene (formerly the British Institute of Occupational Hygienists). He holds a degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and is a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He has spent the last 30 years working as an Occupational Hygienist initially with a large consulting firm and then since 1991 as an independent consultant.
